– About the Garden –

Information : It was built over long time. Though the element of strolling pond style was taken in, it is the garden built synthetically, making full use of the garden technique of a various time. Fundamentally, it is a garden centering on legendary-hermit-with-miraculous-power thought, and the islands are arranged centering on the pond. The Isle of Eternal Youth, the head priest’s residence, and Eishu Isle called three legend? islands? in China can be seen in a pond.

Infomation: One of the three most famous Japanese gardens in Japan and a representative landscape garden constructed in Edo period. Kenrokuen Kikusakura which attaches 300 petals is the highlight.
