Okayama Korakuen Garden

Okayama Korakuen Garden built over 14 years from 1686 is said to hardly have changed since it was made. This daimyo garden of the grove garden type was built by Tsunamasa Ikeda who was the the load of Okayama region at the Edo period. The scenery of Kyokusui which drops off the inside of a garden, an artificial mountain is viewpoint. Besides, it has been designated as? one of the three Japan greatest gardens like Kenrokuen Garden in Kanazawa, and Kairakuen in Mito.

Kyokusui: Kyokusui(曲水) is a waterway in the garden,? built in order to hold the party of Kyokusi(曲水の宴: The party of composing a song by the time? the cup? floating on the water comes to its place.).
