Nomura Art Museum

Information : Nomura Art Museum|野村美術館

The founder of Nomura Group , Tokushichi Nomura devoted himself to Japanese tea ceremony and Nōgaku , a classical Japanese performed since the 14th. He collected many tools for those and this museum was built in 1984.

1,500 collection – especially tools for Japanese tea ceremony and Noh

Hours :

The middle of Mar – The middle of Jun| 10:00 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.

The middle of Sep – The middle of Dec| 10:00 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.

*Entry is permitted until 30 min before closing.

Museum Closed :

  • Monday (Except for National Holidays on Tuesday, in which case the museum is open on the holiday and closed the following Tuessday instead)
  • The museum may be closed in summer and winter season.
