Information :
Genkyu Rakuraku? garden in the place next to Hikone-jo Castle is a strolling pond type and a daimyo garden. People can enjoy green tea at Hoshodai house in the garden. In addition, it will be the good time to visit here in the early summer when the flower of a lotus and the iris floating in the pond blooms.
Travel tip :
Kotodamaya went to GenkyuRakurakuen in summer. From Hikone station, this garden is located behind and Hikone castle and restaurants are in front. If one doesn’t have much time, it is good to go to the garden first.
