Tottori Castle (鳥取城)
Information :
In 1580, troops of Hideyoshi Toyotomi attacked Chugoku region where Mouri clan dominated. When Tottori castle was attacked in 1581, Tsuneie Kikkawa rush to reinforce and fought against Hideyoshi with only 4,000 troops and was defeated by the starving tactics. After Sekigahara war (1600), Ikeda clan owned this castle until Meiji restoration.
