Hachioji Castle
Hachioji Castle (八王子城)
Information: Built by Ujiteru Hojo in 1587. Although this castle was located on the top of a moutain and was difficult to be attacked, but the castle was protected only a day during Odawara war since many worriors went to support Odawara castle and there were only 1000 people remaining ( including farmers). This is selected as one of five mountain castles in Japan.
