Shimogamo Jinja
Information :
Shimogamo jinja (下鴨神社) formally called Kamomioya jinja, was registered into the world heritage as a sight of “The historic monuments of Ancient Kyoto” in 1994. Shimogamo Jinja was built 2000 years ago and the fence of this shrine was repaired in B.C. 2 was recorded. Shimogamo jinja is also well known as the god of marriage.
