Shoden-ji Teien
Information : Shoden-ji Teien |正伝寺庭園
From the garden of a dry landscape garden style where cutting of trees is brilliant, Mt.Hiei can be seen. The garden trees are arranged with 7, 5 and 3 which are the number of good lucks from the right. It was made by Enshu Kobori.
Enshu Kobori : Enshu Kobori was a first-term feudal lord in the? early stage of Edo period, but has been very famous as a master of tea ceremony, an architect and a landscape gardener.
Hours : 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Only Nov | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
